A special police intelligence-led operation has resulted in the arrest of six suspected robbers, including twins for their alleged involvement in robberies.
Four of the suspects are stated to have allegedly stabbed their victims to death.
The Ag. Director-Basic of the Public Affairs Directorate of the Ghana Police Service, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Mr. Kwesi Ofori, advised the Everyday Graphic that quite a few intelligence-led police operations have been ongoing throughout the nation.

He stated they have been pursued after they allegedly stabbed and snatched the purse of a 22-year-old apprentice hairdresser on the Kumasi Academy SHS (KUMACA) Junction whereas the sufferer was on her approach to Asokore Mampong.
The younger lady was taken to the Manhyia Government Hospital by some good Samaritans however died shortly on arrival.
An identical operation within the Savannah Area, he stated, led to the arrest of Dauda Appiah and Yusiif Abdullah.
The two are stated to have allegedly robbed their sufferer of a gold-detecting machine at gunpoint at Telekura.
